The European Railway Award is back for its 19th edition on 2 February 2026, celebrating the achievements of inspired individuals whose bright ideas, ingenious innovations and bold policy initiatives have contributed to enhance, grow and strengthen rail today and for the future.

As one of Europe’s flagship mobility events, the European Railway Award brings together high-level decision-makers, industry leaders, innovators, and civil society representatives to celebrate excellence in the rail sector and highlight rail’s vital contribution to Europe’s sustainable, digital, and resilient future.

The upcoming edition will be featuring our 2026 Rail Champion and Rail Trailblazer laureates, as well as prominent speakers from across the rail sector and the EU institutions. It will be followed by our associations’ joint annual reception.
